Paul DeCarolis

Bio

Paul M. DeCarolis became an attorney at Gottesman & Hollis in 1983, after graduating from the Franklin Pierce Law Center. He concentrates on all litigation matters, with a focus on personal injury, and has extensive jury and bench trial experience, as well as a broad understanding of the real estate and construction industries.

In 2017, attorney DeCarolis along with Kevin Hannon was appointed by the United States District Court as co-lead counsel in the class action pending against Saint-Gobain in New Hampshire.

Since 2009 and each year thereafter, DeCarolis was named in Best Lawyers which compiles lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting surveys with other leading lawyers.

In the fall of 2004, DeCarolis was recognized as one of the best attorneys in New Hampshire when he was named as the only “Rising Star” for personal injury litigation in New Hampshire Magazine’s first-ever listing of this nature. He is admitted to practice with the New Hampshire State Bar and U.S. District Court of New Hampshire.

Attorney DeCarolis is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and past President of the Rotary Club of Nashua West. He has served as a member of various municipal boards for the town of Pelham.
