Elizabeth Hartigan is a shareholder at Gottesman & Hollis, P.A., where she focuses her practice on real estate and land use law. Known for her practical and client-focused approach, Elizabeth helps individuals, businesses, and developers navigate complex regulatory and transactional matters with confidence.

She began her career at the firm as a law clerk and has grown into a leadership role, contributing to strategic decision-making and mentoring within the team. Her work is marked by clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to delivering effective solutions.

Elizabeth serves as Secretary of the Nashua Bar Association and is actively involved in professional legal organizations throughout New Hampshire.
