NASHUA, NH - On the heels of recent reports about preventable prescription errors and dangerous medications on the market, a local personal injury attorney is urging residents to educate themselves and take a more active role in their health care.
NASHUA, NH - According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's most recent numbers, there were 212,400 toy-related injuries in 2002 that were serious enough to warrant treatment at emergency rooms.

The law created special screening panels designed to encourage people to settle or drop their suits. But in a report last month, Superior Court Chief Justice Robert Lynn said only eight of the 131 cases filed since the law was enacted had been screened. Another 34 of the cases were settled before they could be screened.
